I needed my gutters replaced and found the company via the Thumbtack app. Gary contacted me a few minutes after my inquiry to discuss my project and scheduled me for a visit to get a quote. Bill arrived on time for that appointment and was great to work with throughout the entire process. Christina was also great to work with and made the payment process smooth. They both were friendly and very easy to reach. I ended up having my gutters, downspouts, rotted fascia, and soffits replaced. Since I went with black gutters, they also replaced the capping around my windows and the rest of the house to match. The crews arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. I'm pleased with the work they did and have already recommended them to people needing gutter/roof work done.

I contacted mighty dog late on a Sunday night when I noticed a leak coming through my chimney into my basement. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from mighty dog asking for more details and scheduling a next day appointment (even the next day had a follow up call to make sure a representative had already reached out about my inquiry). From start to finish, this experience has been exceptional. Mighty dog helped to install a new roof, window capping, facia, soffits, and even shutters on both my house and shed. Since I have zero experience or knowledge in this type of work, the mighty dog team (Bill, Christina, Walter, and many more) were always available in a seconds notice to walk me through any questions I had. During the process, we had multiple snow storms which the mighty dog team kept me updated on any potential changes. They even checked in to make sure everything was okay and always put their employees safety first. Not only did Mighty dog resolve the initial issue with my roof, but they helped to update my house to look more modern and fresh. I cannot say enough great things about Mighty Dog Roofing and their staff! I was looking into getting new windows and I went to a local home show event that showcased a bunch of different home remodeling companies. At the home show, I spoke with Doug. What really impressed me is that they were the only vendor at the event that weren't aggressive trying to earn your business. So we scheduled a consult with Matt and he came to the house and we went over different options and styles for the new windows. There was no high pressure sales and my husband and I felt completely comfortable moving forward with Mighty Dog. Once we locked in the order, the turn around for installation only took a few weeks. Which was impressive since some of the other companies we looked into weren't scheduling out for several months! Mike was here during the installation and he made sure the day ran smooth.
