Mat was born and raised in the Midwest. He graduated from Hillsdale College and lives in the Milwaukee area. His wife works as a Physician Assistant in the emergency department for the Advocate Aurora Health network, and together they are raising their four young daughters. He has always been passionate about owning his own business, taking care of his employees, and committing to excellence in all he does. Mat values a Midwestern work ethic and completing projects with integrity. He has built his career around prioritizing the customer experience, and he looks forward to delivering a top-notch customer experience for you as you make decisions to maintain, update, or create the exterior of your home!

Brandon is a skilled tradesman that has advanced through multiple roles of increasing responsibility in his time at Mighty Dog Roofing. He has worked from the ground level up to his new role as General Manager which gives him unique perspectives, and has made him a wealth of knowledge for our customers. Brandon is a true blessing to the business and to our customers. He was born and raised here in Wisconsin and enjoys spending time with his wife and children outside of work.

Tim was born and raised in the Midwest. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with an Ag. Business degree. He lives with his wife in Oconomowoc, WI and spends the spring in Dallas, TX to be closer to their three thriving sons. Tim has been in sales since graduating from college and has sold computer technology, software solutions, and business services to business around the globe and serving the largest of Federal agencies. He enjoys all four seasons outdoors, competitive sports, and is passionate about helping others spread the good news about free-market capitalism and parental choice and competition in everything from education for children to the roof repairs over their heads.
 

Kayla is a dynamic professional with a passion for excellence. Born and raised in the Midwest. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Olivet Nazarene University, where she also excelled on the basketball court setting the all-time assist record. Her competitive spirit, teamwork, and dedication extend beyond athletics, driving her success in her professional endeavors. She is excited to network with other companies in Brookfield, WI and other surrounding areas. Currently resides in Oconomowoc, WI with her husband and daughter. She enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and hanging with her family outside of work. 

Mark was born and raised in Wisconsin and is a graduate of Marquette University.  Mark has always been passionate about "country and community" and is excited to be working with a company that shares in that passion.  Mark has a strong work ethic and prides himself on communicating promptly with customers to ensure their home exterior project is seamless.  Mark looks forward to helping people throughout the greater Milwaukee area with all of their home exterior needs.

As a Project Manager, Kevin DeLap brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our team. With a background in Real Estate Sales, Kevin has honed his skills in communication, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. His thorough approach and hardworking mentality ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard. Outside of work, Kevin is a proud Wisconsin sports fan, loving father, and avid golfer. Whether he's cheering on the Packers or sinking birdies on the course, Kevin always strives for excellence.

Born and raised right here in Wisconsin, Jeremy brings a unique blend of skills to the Mighty Dog Roofing pack. With a background in sales and a passion for hands-on work like remodeling and carpentry, Jeremy excels at both understanding your project needs and ensuring its top-notch execution.  As a project manager, Jeremy will be your guide throughout the roofing process.  He'll listen closely to understand your vision, provide expert advice on materials and options, and manage your project with meticulous attention to detail.

Tyler was born and raised in Waukesha county his whole life, making it his goal to make a difference in his hometown. Whether that’s through his years of doing roofing and exteriors, Firefighting or selling cars, Tyler is a true servant to his community. He can walk you through each aspect of the roofing process with strong detail, answering any kind of questions making sure you know what's going on at all points of the process. When Tyler’s not working, he likes to golf with his friends and co-workers, and watch his Green bay Packers beat the Chicago bears.
