Meet your Tucson Roofers to the Rescue! Rob and Molly Lamb are University of Michigan graduates who have been married nearly 30 years. They began their professional lives as mechanical and industrial engineers, respectively, and over time added extensive business education and experience to their résumés. In 2009 they moved to Tucson, bonded with the community (and the weather) in Southern Arizona, and have given back. Rob's passion is working with people and teams to create powerful and sustainable results. He serves on the board of Metropolitan Pima Alliance (MPA) and formerly served on board of Sun Corridor, Inc. Molly homeschooled their five children while volunteering and serving in the arts at local churches, public schools, and youth organizations. They both have followed the saying “see a need, fill a need” in their work and personal lives. Their combined passion for our beloved Tucson led to their opening of your local Mighty Dog Roofing. Rob & Molly can’t wait to serve your neighborhood, family, and friends with high-quality and trustworthy home exterior solutions.  

Raised right here in Tucson, Michael brings to the table a variety of skills. He has a background in sales, high end landscape and design, and construction. He has learned to quickly hone his skills to understand a customer’s project needs. He gets hands-on and into the details to not only give you the best product possible, but also educate clients through the process. Michael has a passion for helping people and making sure they feel taken care of. He will listen closely to your vision and provide solutions to make your dream come to life. 

Michael is excited to be a part of the Tucson Mighty Dog team as a Sales & Marketing Intern. He grew up in Tucson and is number four of owners Rob and Molly's five kids. He brings an enthusiasm to the sales process and creative ideas to our marketing strategies. He is earning his Bachelors in Business Management at The Catholic University of America-Tucson, and hopes to bring his education to fruition by helping every Mighty Dog customer with all their needs. He has skills in communication and organization that will allow for easy and efficient processes for every homeowner. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and volunteering at the Catholic Newman Center on the University of Arizona Campus. 

Our own mighty dog, Captain, is a shepherd mix who makes sure his people are where they are supposed to be!
