Jon Stephens is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing. His family has been in Alabama since the late 90’s, and Jon is devoted to them. His hobbies include soccer, theater, piano, singing, horseback riding, cheerleading - and any other activities his three incredible daughters are involved in. When he’s not bouncing between extra-curricular activities and events, Jon loves to spend time with Rebecca, his beautiful wife of fourteen years.

A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jon has spent eighteen years designing technology-fueled solutions to meet the needs of not only his own business but also those of his customers. His servant-leadership approach frames how he approaches every situation: “How can I help make you more successful?” Coupling this deep technology experience with a core desire to bring value to each and every person he works with, Jon is prepared to revolutionize the way people look at roofing.

Michael C., a proud resident of Cullman, Alabama, has been a resident for 42 years, and he brings 25 years of experience in the construction and poultry industries to his endeavors. He finds immense satisfaction in aiding others and revels in outdoor activities, ranking kayaking among his favorites. Alongside his three beloved dogs - Auburn, Steel, and Jake - Michael shares his life with his cherished wife, Valerie. He has three wonderful sons and is blessed with a precious granddaughter. Outside of work and family, Michael passionately supports the Jewish-Christian Coalition, advocating for harmony and understanding. A fervent sports fan, he passionately supports every team in every sport. However, his true joy comes from spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether exploring nature trails, being in the water, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Amy F. wholeheartedly embraces the family atmosphere at Mighty Dog Roofing. While prioritizing customer care, she finds immense comfort in the supportive network within the company. Outside of work, Amy enjoys an array of hobbies, including reading, cooking, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her family includes three cherished pets: Crimson Tide, a 12-year-old Shih Tzu; Maggie, a 10-year-old Standard Poodle; and Doby, her 5-year-old Bearded Dragon. Amy is a proud mother to her 17-year-old daughter. With a background in local government contracting, she now dedicates herself to supporting the Legacy of Hope. 

Matthew M., known as Matt, resides in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, where he has been for five years. As a dedicated roofing specialist, he takes pride in providing reliable services to his community, family, and friends through his work with Mighty Dog Roofing. Matt has been happily married to Katie for over two years. He has three daughters who mean the world to him. He enjoys golf, camping, and disc golf and actively supports Breast Cancer Awareness and the Heidi’s Kids Foundation. Matt is a skilled leader adept at guiding our team towards success.
