Jon Stephens is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing. His family has been in Alabama since the late 90’s, and Jon is devoted to them. His hobbies include soccer, theater, piano, singing, horseback riding, cheerleading - and any other activities his three incredible daughters are involved in. When he’s not bouncing between extra-curricular activities and events, Jon loves to spend time with Rebecca, his beautiful wife of fourteen years.

A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jon has spent eighteen years designing technology-fueled solutions to meet the needs of not only his own business but also those of his customers. His servant-leadership approach frames how he approaches every situation: “How can I help make you more successful?” Coupling this deep technology experience with a core desire to bring value to each and every person he works with, Jon is prepared to revolutionize the way people look at roofing.

Thomas N., Originally from North Carolina, has called Birmingham home for the past 35 years. A graduate of Green River College, he brings over 30 years of experience in home improvement and an additional decade in financial services. Thomas is passionate about serving homeowners with honesty and care, and he's a proud advocate for military veterans—especially those from the Greatest Generation.

When he's not working, you’ll find Thomas enjoying time with his spouse of 35 years, their three dogs, and catching a game or two. A lifelong music lover, Thomas believes there’s a soundtrack for every season of life.

Amy F. wholeheartedly embraces the family atmosphere at Mighty Dog Roofing. While prioritizing customer care, she finds immense comfort in the supportive network within the company. Outside of work, Amy enjoys an array of hobbies, including reading, cooking, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her family includes three cherished pets: Crimson Tide, a 12-year-old Shih Tzu; Maggie, a 10-year-old Standard Poodle; and Doby, her 5-year-old Bearded Dragon. Amy is a proud mother to her 17-year-old daughter. With a background in local government contracting, she now dedicates herself to supporting the Legacy of Hope. 

De'Shaunna P., Originally from Huntingdon, Tennessee, has called the Huntsville area home for over a decade. With a strong background in marketing, design, and community engagement, she brings creativity and strategy to her role at Mighty Dog Roofing—supporting everything from branding and content to customer experience.

Known for her fresh perspective and collaborative spirit, Dee is passionate about helping teams tell their story in a meaningful way. Outside of work, she’s a musician, sneaker enthusiast, and self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys traveling, gaming, and all things creative.

Dan W., Originally from Pell City, AL, has spent the last eight years serving the Central Alabama area with a strong commitment to quality roofing. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, he brings both technical knowledge and a creative edge—he’s also a licensed drone pilot who specializes in aerial photography.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys riding motorcycles, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife Allison, their two daughters, and their dog, Gunner.

Mike M. is originally from Sacramento, California and has called Birmingham home for the past three years. With over a decade of experience in the roofing and exterior industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to quality in every project he takes on. Outside of work, Mike is all about the outdoors—he enjoys camping, backpacking, rock climbing, and anything that gets him into nature. He’s a proud husband and father, and his family is at the center of everything he does.

Griff W., A native of Alabaster, Alabama, has proudly called the Birmingham area home for over 44 years. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Griff is known for his reliability, craftsmanship, and deep commitment to serving homeowners with integrity.

Outside of work, Griff enjoys spending time with his wife Allyson, their two children, and their dog Taco. He is also actively involved in several veterans organizations, reflecting his passion for giving back to those who’ve served.

Jinit P, known as JP, was born in Kenya and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Now living in the Birmingham area, Jinit brings over 15 years of experience in sales and construction. He is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology and is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail in every project. Outside of work, Jinit enjoys working out, hiking, traveling, and tackling construction projects of his own. A proud father of two boys, he also volunteers his time at local homeless shelters. Fun fact: he restores vintage cars and is the proud owner of a 1970 Chevy Barracuda.
