For the initial 17 years of his career, Kyle Mize honed his leadership skills in operations within manufacturing entities such as Mohawk Industries and Grain Systems Inc. Focusing primarily on leading teams, refining processes, stimulating product innovation, and meeting performance targets, he grew both professionally and personally. 

Now, as a stakeholder at Mighty Dog Roofing, he channels his passions toward delivering exceptional experiences for his clients, facilitated by superior product solutions executed by an outstanding Mighty Dog team.

He’s been in Chattanooga since 2011 and continues to marvel at its evolution into a flourishing community. 

He enjoys outdoor activities, coaching youth sports voluntarily, and cherishing moments with loved ones. Kyle’s academic credentials include an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Illinois State University.

Sam joins Mighty Dog Roofing as an experienced home services expert. He is excited to focus his attention on your needs as a trusted exterior advisor for your home. In Sam’s free time, his interests include motorcycles, sports, the outdoors, and loves spending time with his two dogs.

Jacob joins Mighty Dog Roofing with several years of home service experience from the pest control industry.  He will be supporting our customers as your trusted exterior home advisor ensuring he finds a solution to your renovation or replacement projects.  Jacob is a father, enjoys sporting activities, and spends time building computer systems as a hobby.    

Will is both a sales consultant with Mighty Dog Roofing and a business student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys both fishing and hunting on a regular basis.  Will also has a passion for car restoration.  He is looking forward to consulting with his client’s on their exterior needs as a trusted home advisor.   

Chris joins Mighty Dog Roofing with over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction in the Chattanooga area, He brings a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to exceptional service. At Mighty Dog Roofing, he helps homeowners and businesses find the best exterior solutions tailored to their needs. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, whether on the golf course, playing pickleball, or exploring the woods. His passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction makes him a trusted partner for all your residential exterior needs.

Jason joins Mighty Dog Roofing with over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry with a specific focus on exterior home renovations as a previous business owner.  His broad and deep understanding of construction methods and materials, along with his understanding of completing projects timely and accurately, will provide our clients with a professional and smooth experience.  Away from Mighty Dog, Jason spends his time coaching and teaching his love of baseball from grade school to high school age students.       

I’m the big brother of the family. I make sure all our roof, gutter, siding, and window replacements are never a “ruff, ruff” experience. I even give our team treats and cuddles after a job well done!
 

I’m little brother Patch. I ensure all of our repair work meets my standards by sniffing out any problems and correcting them on the spot! I often play fetch with the team once all of the repair work is “patched up.”
