Jon Stephens is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing. His family has been in Alabama since the late 90’s, and Jon is devoted to them. His hobbies include soccer, theater, piano, singing, horseback riding, cheerleading - and any other activities his three incredible daughters are involved in. When he’s not bouncing between extra-curricular activities and events, Jon loves to spend time with Rebecca, his beautiful wife of fourteen years.

A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jon has spent eighteen years designing technology-fueled solutions to meet the needs of not only his own business but also those of his customers. His servant-leadership approach frames how he approaches every situation: “How can I help make you more successful?” Coupling this deep technology experience with a core desire to bring value to each and every person he works with, Jon is prepared to revolutionize the way people look at roofing.

Michael C., a proud resident of Cullman, Alabama, has been a resident for 42 years, and he brings 25 years of experience in the construction and poultry industries to his endeavors. He finds immense satisfaction in aiding others and revels in outdoor activities, ranking kayaking among his favorites. Alongside his three beloved dogs - Auburn, Steel, and Jake - Michael shares his life with his cherished wife, Valerie. He has three wonderful sons and is blessed with a precious granddaughter. Outside of work and family, Michael passionately supports the Jewish-Christian Coalition, advocating for harmony and understanding. A fervent sports fan, he passionately supports every team in every sport. However, his true joy comes from spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether exploring nature trails, being in the water, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Amy F., a lifelong resident of Madison, Alabama, wholeheartedly embraces the family atmosphere at Mighty Dog Roofing. While prioritizing customer care, she finds immense comfort in the supportive network within the company. Outside of work, Amy enjoys an array of hobbies, including reading, cooking, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her family includes three cherished pets: Crimson Tide, a 12-year-old Shih Tzu; Maggie, a 10-year-old Standard Poodle; and Doby, her 5-year-old Bearded Dragon. Amy is a proud mother to her 17-year-old daughter. With a background in local government contracting, she now dedicates herself to supporting the Legacy of Hope. 

David C., affectionately known as "Campbell Soup," has been a lifelong resident of Madison, Alabama. Throughout his entire life, he has been dedicated to assisting homeowners, embodying a spirit of service in his community. A proud supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide, David eagerly anticipates football season, reveling in the excitement of the games. He embodies a spirit of generosity and dedication to his favorite team, with a passion for helping others. 

Hank U. has been living in Ardmore, AL, for the past year and has quickly embraced the team and family atmosphere at Mighty Dog Roofing. With a background in various factory roles and experience working for a general contractor, Hank brings a strong work ethic and diverse skill set to the roofing industry. Outside of work, Hank is passionate about music—he enjoys singing, songwriting, and playing guitar, often performing gigs at local restaurants and bars. He shares his life with his girlfriend and their cat, Pancake. A devoted sports fan, Hank loves watching Alabama football and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Matthew L. is a Huntsville native who takes pride in supporting his community through his work in roofing. With a background in hospitality management, Matthew brings a customer-focused approach to his role, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing and hiking, often accompanied by his two dogs, Apollo and Caprica. Matthew shares his life with his beautiful wife, Ashley. He is passionate about animal welfare and a strong supporter of the Humane Society of Alabama. A devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers, Matthew's favorite time of year is winter when he can enjoy the season's crisp, cool air.

Will I. is a proud Huntsville native and graduate of Buckhorn High School and Western Kentucky University. He brings a strong work ethic and team spirit to every project he’s a part of at Mighty Dog Roofing. Outside of work, Will stays active as a high school football coach and personal trainer. When he’s not on the field or on the roof, you can find him fishing, making music, or watching sports. Will values faith, family, and hard work—and he credits his mom, Daphane, and sister, Jalyn, as his biggest inspirations.

Chris B. is a proud Madison native and graduate of Bob Jones High School, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction sales to the Mighty Dog team. Known for his deep industry knowledge and customer-first mindset, Chris is passionate about helping homeowners protect what matters most. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him firing up the grill, riding his Harley, or cheering on the Crimson Tide—Roll Tide! He’s also a proud pet parent to two dogs, two cats, and two parrots, and actively supports several veterans groups and local charities.
