Her career has been defined by a passion for helping customers, improving processes, and creating teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Robin has led global customer care, support, and operations teams, implementing systems such as Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP to streamline communication and improve responsiveness. Her initiatives have increased customer satisfaction, strengthened brand loyalty, and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple industries.

Known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to quality service, Robin believes every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and long-term relationships. With that philosophy at the core, she is now bringing her experience and dedication to the home improvement industry — creating a business built on reliability, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the customer experience.

Robin has a love for all things sports and enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. She has become an avid cake maker and decorator!

Steve Walsh brings over 30 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to the roofing, siding, and window company's leadership team. With a proven track record in managing complex mechanical and piping system installations across commercial, industrial, and residential developments, Steve will provide operational leadership for field execution, safety, scheduling, and cost control.

As a Project Manager and former Site Manager on major construction projects, including those at Intel, Solar Word, NW Natural Gas, MGC Pure and LAM Research. Steve has demonstrated exceptional skill in coordinating subcontractors, managing project budgets, and delivering high-quality work on time and within scope. His expertise includes overseeing installations of chilled water systems, HVAC infrastructure, mechanical rooms, and multi-story expansions, all of which require strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Steve is all about his family and watching sports, especially hockey and baseball (go Avalanche and Dodgers). He is an avid golfer!

Nolan Walsh is a results-driven Project Manager who brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to every job. Nolan's focus is on construction planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination. Nolan ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with customers, crews, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and deliver work that meets the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Known for his attention to detail and proactive approach, Nolan helps ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s expectations.

Nolan loves gaming, playing hockey, and is an avid Colorado Avalanche hockey Fan.
