Step 4: Advanced Waterproofing System

• Ice & Water Shield protection at valleys, penetrations, chimneys, skylights, and other critical areas

Step 4: Battens & Detail Upgrades
New 1” x 2” wood battens are installed to ensure proper tile alignment and water flow. We also upgrade key roof details for improved performance and longevity:

• New weather blocking at hips and ridges

• New drip edge at eaves for clean lines and water control
