My name is Charity Emory, and I’m proud to be part of the family ownership of Mighty Dog Roofing of Winston-Salem.

Winston-Salem isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I was raised here, and growing up in a small-business family shaped who I am today. My dad owns his own small business in Winston-Salem, and from an early age I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and taking care of the people you serve. Those lessons are the foundation of how we run Mighty Dog Roofing.

I attended college at UNC Charlotte, and after seeing the impact strong, honest businesses can have on a community, I knew I wanted to bring that same commitment back home. At Mighty Dog Roofing, our goal is simple: provide dependable service, quality workmanship, and a customer experience people can truly trust. Helping homeowners protect their biggest investment while supporting the Winston-Salem community is something I take great pride in every day.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting out on the lake, and staying active at the gym. I’m proud to be both a mom and a business owner alongside my husband, and I love balancing family life with building a business that serves our community.

My name is Brandon McClain, and I’m proud to serve as the Sales Manager here at Mighty Dog Roofing. I was born in Virginia and raised in Lewisville and Winston-Salem, NC, and now continue to call Lewisville home. With six years of sales experience, I’ve built my career around helping customers feel confident, informed, and well taken care of throughout every step of their project.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and stepfather to three amazing kids who keep life fun and full. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and getting out to fish whenever I can. Whether at work or at home, I’m passionate about building strong relationships, staying grounded, and always striving to grow both personally and professionally.

My name is Aidan, a sales professional at Mighty Dog Roofing, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with people through real, meaningful conversation. I value learning from different perspectives and believe that listening is just as important as talking. Helping people comes naturally to me, and I try to do whatever I can to make someone’s day a little better.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of music and any passion-driven hobby that sparks curiosity and creativity. I love exploring new interests, diving into what inspires people, and staying curious about the world around me.
