Josh is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing of Bentonville, serving homeowners and businesses throughout the region with a focus on quality workmanship, honest communication, and an exceptional customer experience.

Josh graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and began his career as a chemical engineer in the refining industry. He later transitioned into technology and enterprise customer success, where he helped organizations improve their processes, adopt new technology, and deliver better experiences for their customers.

In 2024, Josh brought that experience to Northwest Arkansas by launching Mighty Dog Roofing. Today, he combines his engineering, technology, and customer success background with a hands-on approach to running the business and serving local customers.

Josh believes roofing is about more than installing a roof—it’s about earning trust, communicating clearly, and taking care of customers from the first conversation through the completion of their project. His goal is to build an exterior company that customers can confidently recommend to their friends, family, and neighbors.

Outside of Mighty Dog, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, mountain biking Northwest Arkansas trails, staying active, and being involved in the local community.
