Our Bentonville Team

Josh Stewart is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing of Bentonville. His background spans engineering, technology, and enterprise customer success, with a consistent focus on solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers achieve their goals.

A Texas A&M University graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Josh began his career in the refining industry before transitioning into technology. In enterprise customer success, he worked with leading organizations to drive technology adoption, improve processes, and turn complex business needs into measurable results.

Josh founded Mighty Dog Roofing of Bentonville in 2024, bringing those same customer-focused principles to a local business serving homeowners and commercial customers throughout Northwest Arkansas. His vision for the company centers on quality workmanship, clear communication, and a team customers can trust.

He believes lasting customer relationships come from setting clear expectations and following through—a philosophy that has guided his career across industries.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, mountain biking Northwest Arkansas trails, staying active, and participating in the local community.
