Tom has turned his passion for customer service and community involvement into business ownership with Mighty Dog Roofing of Greater Northeastern Orlando.  He has been married to his wife Tricia for over 20 years and has two adult children, Emily and Gwen. They have lived in Oviedo since 2009.

Tom has been engaged in property and facilities management since 1995 with world-class firms including super regional banks, global real estate owners / managers and a national self-storage operator. He has a Master of Business Administration in Management from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University. His professional designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Institute), Certified Property Manager (IREM), Certified Facility Manager (IFMA), Master Facility Executive (BOMI), Real Property Administrator (BOMI), Facilities Management Administrator (BOMI) and LEED Green Associate (GBCI). He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.

Mochi is a rescue pup with a heart of gold and a bark that will melt your heart. He loves playing fetch and cuddling in the bed with his favorite humans. He is the muscles of this operation, toting those heavy shingles up and down the ladder!

Adam's construction career journey began well over a decade ago. It didn’t take long before he realized that working for a contractor was the perfect way to earn a living and still be able to spend time with his wife and three children. He settled into roofing quickly and it is where he excelled most in the industry. He is also a licensed adjuster and certified lead renovator.

Adam moved to Central Florida in 1999 and has been proud to call it home ever since. Adam says, "Mighty Dog Roofing has given me the opportunity to assist people with what I am best at and that is providing expert roofing solutions to my customers."
