Coleson Pokorny is our Director Of Sales here at Mighty Dog Roofing - Richmond. He's been in the home improvement industry for close to 10 years now. He's passionate about helping homeowners accomplish all their home improvement needs for a price they can afford. 

Coleson is born and raised in Williamsburg, VA and still lives there to this day. Before Mighty Dog, Coleson worked in the Outdoor Living Space selling Sheds, Barns, and Garages, & in the Home Energy Efficiency industry. He has also been a licensed 100T Master Captain for close to 11 years and still runs charter fishing trips and private excursions to this day. 

Some of Coleson's favorite hobbies include Fishing, working out, camping, hiking, spending time with his Friends and Family. When asked why he came to work for Mighty Dog, he answered, "Mighty Dog's company goals align perfectly with my beliefs. This industry has been known for its terrible reputation, and I love that Mighty Dog wants to challenge the status quo by putting honesty, integrity, and quality work first. All I want is for every homeowner to be treated like family and get the best for their home for a fair price."

Kenny Delevante is an Exterior Specialist with Mighty Dog Roofing of Richmond. He has worked with the company for 2 years now.

Kenny was born and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. Before coming to work for Mighty Dog, he strove to provide services with a standard of excellence in several different fields. He has worked in the fine dining industry as a personable hospitality specialist, as a hardworking landscaper with a keen eye for detail, and a botanical garden caretaker where he also conducted educational tours about environmental conservation and the natural world.

Some of Kenny’s favorite things in life are playing music as a multi-instrumentalist and classically trained guitarist, traveling to and exploring new places, taking photographs, hiking, foraging, and enjoying a great cup of coffee.
