Mighty Dog Roofing is a family-owned and operated business led by Tom Burrell (President) and Katie Burrell (General Manager). Tom has an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Operations Management from Ball State University. He has 30 years of experience in global and domestic sourcing and supply chain leadership and is a certified Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager (CPSM). He's also a 2-time Ironman finisher. Katie has a Bachelor's of Arts & Sciences in Public History from Western Michigan University, Summa Cum Laude & Phi Kappa Phi. The Mighty Dog Roofing team is passionate about people development and leadership, nurturing togetherness, and making their communities better. They value honest people who have integrity to do what is right. Tom and Katie have been part of the Southwest Michigan community for over 20 years and love the spirit of belonging and making a contribution, the variety of things to do and see, and the friendly nature of the people.

Connor appreciates the atmosphere, community, and integrity of Southwest Michigan. Growing up he wanted to move to a "bigger and better" environment but realized that this was his home and always will be.  Connor appreciates everything that Southwest Michigan has to offer and strives to make his community better each and every day.  He graduated from Lakeshore High School in 2018, and then went to play baseball at Kellogg Community College before transferring to Davenport University where he earned a Business Administration Degree. Connor is enthusiastic about connecting with the community and striving for greatness each and every day.
 

Meet Yukon, the Chief Barking Officer (CBO) of the Burrell household. With years of experience in the field of barking, Yukon developed a reputation for being an expert in alerting his family of potential threats, including mailmen, squirrels, and stray cats. As the CBO, Yukon took his role seriously and ensured that his family was always safe and protected, one bark at a time.  He is missed every day, but the Burrells honor his memory with every step of their journey
 

Meet Reggie: Frank's loving, playful, and sweet rescue pup!  He brings joy to his family's home every day, and that's what makes him a Mighty Dog!

Raised in Stevensville, Frank grew up loving the beach and all of the lakes in Southwest Michigan.  He graduated from Lakeshore High School in 2019 and went to Lake Michigan College.  After attending LMC, Frank transferred to Concordia University in Ann Arbor to play tennis and finish his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.  He is glad to have the opportunity to help the community grow, and enjoys helping people.
