Kent Raymer

As a trusted advisor to top DFW companies including Capital One, American Airlines, Lockheed Martin, Heartland Payment Systems, and Dell, Kent brought agility, kindness and an honesty-first mindset to each team he led. Retiring from corporate life, Kent joined forces with Mighty Dog Roofing to bring this same approach to an industry in need of it. (As a homeowner himself, he's had to replace an improperly installed roof out of his own pocket and never wants that to happen to another homeowner. Ask him about it!) Kent and his team apply industry-leading technology, quality roofing materials, top craftsmanship with complete integrity to ensure your roof provides the protection and reassurance that every homeowner deserves. Kent, a Dallas native, now lives in Frisco with his wife Shannon. Together they have five children, two grandsons, and two mighty dogs. For each roof replaced, Kent and Shannon will donate to a local dog rescue in their commitment to making the DFW metroplex a better place.

As a marketing strategist for several top companies in the country, Shannon brings her extensive background to create transformative marketing strategies, high-impact campaigns, and a compelling consumer experience to Mighty Dog Roofing.

Peyton Raymer
Production Manager

As a former US Marine and current Firefighter / Paramedic in the DFW area, service to others and a commitment to excellence are two qualities that are no strangers to Peyton. He truly brings this service-first mindset to ensure quality for your peace of mind. When he's not on roofs or putting out fires, Peyton enjoys visiting National Parks with his fiancé, shooting landscape photography, and playing guitar.

Stella was a top racer in her hay day and was rescued through the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas. She's now living her best life lounging at home and taking occasional walks.

Duck Hunter Trainee

Remi is the Raymers' newest addition. He's being trained to be an amazing duck dog and an all-around amazing family member.
