Mighty Dog Roofing was born when Kim and Jim Smith needed a new roof on their home. They reached out to the many local roofers for an estimate, but the experience left them confused and frustrated. Some roofers never got back to them, while others were either far too expensive or so cheap it seemed questionable. None offered any product choices or payment options or really took the time to understand what Kim and Jim really wanted—instead, they seemed only focused on making a sale.
