Philip is a proud father of four and a lifelong entrepreneur. He launched his first business in 2011, supporting non-profits by streamlining charity auctions through mobile bidding. In 2016, he transitioned into building technology for the valet and parking industry. Now with Mighty Dog Roofing, Philip is passionate about modernizing the roofing experience and serving his local community.

Randy is a Certified General Contractor in Florida with over 25 years of experience in residential construction and a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He has built and overseen the completion of more than 3,500 homes, bringing expert knowledge to every phase of the building process with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and long-term value. A lifelong Florida resident, Randy has called Sarasota/Manatee County home for most of his life.

Aimee loves seeing projects come to life—from coordinating crews to solving challenges and delivering a finished product that truly improves someone’s home. She’s called Florida home for nearly 18 years and enjoys boating, paddle boarding, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks and KC Chiefs with her family.

Sarah is passionate about solving problems, making customers happy, and helping companies grow by driving sales through strong operations. She finds the greatest joy in supporting others and loves seeing people succeed. At home, she enjoys life in Mallory Park with her husband and their two little girls.

Robert has been roofing since the age of 16—it’s in his blood, and he takes pride in solving problems and working with his hands. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him in the pool, spending time with his granddaughter, who clearly has him wrapped around her little finger.

Josue enjoys working with new homeowners and solving problems on the spot, which keeps every day interesting and engaging. Outside of work, he’s usually playing video games—a passion he’s had since he was four years old.

Coy loves delivering high-quality results using top-notch materials and takes pride in leaving every home looking better than when the team arrived. Born and raised in Bradenton, he enjoys attending local concerts and spending time with family and friends in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.

Fabien loves seeing homeowners genuinely surprised by how fast and professionally their projects are completed. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his pets, and relaxing through his hobby of maintaining aquariums.

Jonathan has always loved working with his hands—there’s nothing like seeing a project come to life and watching a homeowner’s stress turn into a big smile. When he’s not out at amusement parks, he’s at home with his amazing wife, their son, and their two dogs, enjoying the simple joys of life.

Kaiden enjoys learning hands-on skills that challenge him to grow every day—he values the discipline and confidence that come from hard work. Outside of work, he lives with his dad, and when they’re not training wrestling techniques, they’re likely lightsaber battling or goofing off before he sneaks in a nap or some gaming.

Marcus loves working with a professional, efficient team that feels like family and brings out the best in him every day. He’s known for solving challenges with a positive attitude, and while his passion is his family, his dream is to one day become a U.S. citizen and reunite with his loved ones in Venezuela.

Isair is grateful to be part of a great team and values the opportunity to contribute. He’s committed to giving his best every day to help the company succeed and is known for being responsible and always striving to improve. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new skills and playing basketball.
 

Alejandro loves being part of an amazing team and takes on new challenges each day with a positive attitude, always striving to solve problems and build a strong reputation—for himself and for his country. His greatest passion is God, and when he’s not working, he finds joy in animals, baseball, and doing everything he can to make life better for his family each day God allows.

John loves being outdoors in sunny Southwest Florida and enjoys meeting new people every day. He’s a proud girl dad, happily married for 23 years—and fun fact, he’s never lost a thumb wrestling match!

Dale loves helping homeowners feel confident and at ease, knowing they’re getting a quality roof and working with a team they can trust. He takes pride in shifting the perception of the roofing industry one project at a time. Born and raised in Sarasota, he now lives there with his wife Becky and their daughter Piper. When he’s not spending time with family, you’ll find him on the golf course, tennis court, or dominating a spicy food challenge.

Jordan values honesty and genuinely helping people—qualities he believes set him apart in the industry. When he’s not working, you’ll find him out fishing or spending time with his wife, their little Dachshund, and preparing for the arrival of their first baby girl.

Daniel enjoys helping homeowners and business owners protect their properties with a well-built roof and outstanding service—all while working in the beautiful West Coast Florida weather. Outside of work, he’s a Tae Kwon-Do instructor with over 30 years of experience and is proud to share life with his amazing wife and their three children.

Mark enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and meeting interesting people along the way. He’s a proud husband and dad of two amazing kids, and nothing matters more to him than quality time with his family.

Juan is dedicated to helping homeowners feel confident and happy with the new products he helps them secure. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, enjoys trying new activities, and loves staying active through regular workouts.

Renee loves building real relationships—helping and supporting others while being part of a team that truly feels like family. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom and grandma who cherishes time with her incredible family… and she might just have a bit of a thing for heels!
