Philip is a proud father of four and a lifelong entrepreneur. He launched his first business in 2011, supporting non-profits by streamlining charity auctions through mobile bidding. In 2016, he transitioned into building technology for the valet and parking industry. Now with Mighty Dog Roofing, Philip is passionate about modernizing the roofing experience and serving his local community.

Aimee loves seeing projects come to life—from coordinating crews to solving challenges and delivering a finished product that truly improves someone’s home. She’s called Florida home for nearly 18 years and enjoys boating, paddle boarding, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks and KC Chiefs with her family.

Sarah is passionate about solving problems, making customers happy, and helping companies grow by driving sales through strong operations. She finds the greatest joy in supporting others and loves seeing people succeed. At home, she enjoys life in Mallory Park with her husband and their two little girls.

Robert has been roofing since the age of 16—it’s in his blood, and he takes pride in solving problems and working with his hands. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him in the pool, spending time with his granddaughter, who clearly has him wrapped around her little finger.

Josue enjoys working with new homeowners and solving problems on the spot, which keeps every day interesting and engaging. Outside of work, he’s usually playing video games—a passion he’s had since he was four years old.

Coy loves delivering high-quality results using top-notch materials and takes pride in leaving every home looking better than when the team arrived. Born and raised in Bradenton, he enjoys attending local concerts and spending time with family and friends in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.

Alejandro loves being part of an amazing team and takes on new challenges each day with a positive attitude, always striving to solve problems and build a strong reputation—for himself and for his country. His greatest passion is God, and when he’s not working, he finds joy in animals, baseball, and doing everything he can to make life better for his family each day God allows.

John moved to sunny SWFL 5 years ago- loves being outdoors and considers himself the last local. Some may know him as The Roof Whisperer and the 'go-to" guy when it comes to finding a leak or managing any roofing project. He has been married for nearly 25 years and is a proud girl dad who loves to cook. Fun fact - he has never lost a thumb wrestling match.

He takes pride in shifting perceptions of the roofing industry, one project at a time. Born and raised in Sarasota, he now lives there with his wife, Becky, and their daughter, Piper. When he’s not spending time with family, you’ll find him on the golf course, tennis court, or dominating a spicy food challenge.

I was born and raised in Iowa and Colorado. After graduating from college, I spent over two decades living in San Antonio, Texas. I'm a proud father of three amazing children – Craig, Addyson, and Danny, who continue to inspire me every day.

With a passion for helping others, I focus on educating homeowners and business owners alike. Empowering them to make informed and confident decisions about their Roofing needs. Whether repairs, replacement, or new construction, I will get it done, right  

Chris Hall has lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than a decade and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience with Mighty Dog Roofing. With over 20 years in technology, he brings a strong focus on problem solving, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Chris enjoys helping customers find the right solutions. Outside of work, he spends time boating, hiking, Jeeping, and working in his garden.

Cristian enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners feel confident throughout the roofing process. With 10 years of HVAC experience and 3 years in the roofing industry, he brings a well-rounded understanding of home systems and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project.

Outside of work, he enjoys creating unique art projects, playing chess, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and dogs. He's always looking for a new challenge and loves turning ideas into something real.

Renee loves building real relationships—helping and supporting others while being part of a team that truly feels like family. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom and grandma who cherishes time with her incredible family… and she might just have a bit of a thing for heels!
