We chose Mighty Dog Roofing for their warranty over 4 other companies. Will Parcel in sales worked hard to keep in contact with us while dealing with our insurance to cover the roof. Gini Corral, original project manager, was super helpful in making sure we had all the information for the contract and picking out colors. JR Godbehere was trained and became the project manager while our supplies were being shipped. Their supplier does use a third party to deliver, but as soon as I let JR know that the supplies hadn’t been delivered the day before work was supposed to start, he IMMEDIATELY called the supplier. This was AFTER 5 p.m.! He called me back to let me know the time the supplies were to be delivered next morning/day of work. He personally called me to check if the supplies had arrived before the crew. He called the supplier AGAIN, and they got in touch with the driver to find that it would be delivered a couple hours late. He really worked hard to stay on top of any and all issues. The crew, despite limited English, were amazing! There were a couple things that needed moved, and they helped get all those things out of the way to prevent damage! They had old roof torn off by the time supplies arrived and continued working until the new roof was complete. They cleaned as best they could as they went and did a couple of final sweeps at completion to get as much mess as they possibly could. I know who I will be calling next time I need a replacement roof!
