Brian McNeese is leading the way in home exterior installation and repair in Alpharetta with Mighty Dog’s Roofers to the Rescue. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Construction Management and has taken his passion for serving others and growing teams into his leadership position with Mighty Dog Roofing. Brian brings a “work hard, play hard” attitude to the Mighty Dog crew along with over two decades of business development experience and operational management that helps our team get the job done the right way. When he’s outside of the office, you can find him perusing the various sporting and music events of Atlanta, spending time with his wife and two daughters, or strumming a tune on his guitar. He describes Atlanta as a fantastic city to live, work and raise a family and can’t wait to spruce up the home exteriors in your neighborhood. 

Meg is so excited to work with you and your family on your roofing needs. With 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, Meg will combine her communication and customer service skills to ensure a smooth process from start to finish! She is wife to Justin, our MDR Sales Manager, and mother to 3 wild and beautiful children. When she isn’t helping someone with their roofing needs, Meg enjoys reading, having a great meal, and taking long walks with her little ones. Meg is looking forward to serving you!

Justin joins the Mighty Dog team with 10 years’ experience in the food service industry. He is no stranger to solving problems in a timely and professional manner! Justin will be by your side throughout your roofing project to ensure the highest quality is met. Justin is husband to Meg, our MDR General Manager, and father to their 3 children. When he isn’t helping someone with their roofing needs, Justin enjoys golfing, cooking, and stirring the kids up before Meg puts them down for bed. Justin is ready to serve you and your family’s roofing needs!

Zach is excited to join the Mighty Dog team and brings years of experience as a real estate agent. Most recently he worked in Telecommunications. When he is not inspecting roofs and answering homeowner questions he can be found enjoying a Braves game, football game, or listening to live music with friends. Zach looks forward to meeting you and becoming your trusted exterior advisor!

Riley was the original “Mighty Dog” in North Atlanta - always present by our owner’s side as he planned this venture into the world of small business ownership. Unfortunately, Riley crossed the rainbow bridge before the business was launched and he wasn’t able to see the end result from all the support and encouragement he provided through the years. We love you and miss you buddy - forever a Mighty Dog in our hearts!

Charlie is passionate about customer service and brings a winning attitude and fun to the office each and every day. We are still working to expand his roofing knowledge, however, as he cannot tell the difference between a 3-tab and architectural shingle - he says they both taste the same to him!
