I worked with Tyler Flaitz through Mighty Dog Roofing to get my roof replaced and gutters cleaned and repaired. Tyler was communicative, thorough, and he and his crew did quality work. He got the quote for the work back to me quickly (which was the cheapest of all the quotes I received for a roof replacement), and I was able to schedule the roof installation soon after. The roof was done in a day and looks great. One small critique I have for Mighty Dog Roofing and a suggestion for those interested in working with them: email or call the coordinator you're working with using the information in the email containing the quote. I was trying to get in touch with Tyler via calling the number listed online for Mighty Dog Roofing, and it wasn't until I called Tyler directly that I got a response. So internal communication could be improved; however, I am still giving 5 stars because of the affordable, yet high-quality work Tyler and his crew did.
