Jim Richter owns and operates Mighty Dog Roofing in Northwest St. Louis. Jim is a proud, retired U.S. Army veteran who has served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Iraqi Freedom.

For the past four years, he has enjoyed working, living, and playing tennis within and throughout the awesome, greater St Louis community. He loves the people here, and is excited to bring an exceptional customer experience to his friends and neighbors with Mighty Dog Roofing.

Happily married for more than 30 years, Jim and his wife have two adult sons. When he’s not helping his Mighty Dog clients, Jim enjoys spending time with family. He also enjoys traveling and playing tennis.

Dennis was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. He is Happily married to his wife Christine. They have 3 children and their own Mighty Dog, 100-pound baby Doberman named Molly. He graduated Cum laude, from Lindenwood University in St. Charles MO. Dennis likes to Kayak or ride his bicycle, loves the outdoors. He likes to spend time with his family and friends when not working. His favorite vacations are at a beach or lake, to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Meet our Director of Operations and Home enthusiast Christine! Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Christine is an aviation enthusiast Commercially licensed drone pilot, homeowner and dog lover. While she’s not chasing storms or flying her drone, Christine is spending time with her wife Carolina; they’re two Mighty Dogs Yoshi and Shiva, and their three cats Simon, Coco, and Oliver.

Joe Flack is excited to be an account executive with Mighty Dog Roofing. Joe has lived all his life in St. Louis Missouri. Joe started his career in the restaurant industry. Joe has also worked within the retail industry helping customers with selecting and ordering the correct products. Joe began a career in the chemical industry, not only formulating coatings, but also selling coatings to residential and commercial customers. In 2007 Joe became a realtor. Through his real estate experience his strength in building relations and coordinating and maintaining the service and work through the entire process. Joe is extremely proud of his three grown children. Joe takes his free time and give back to the St Louis area through assisting non-profit organizations.
