Our Franklin Team

Brock was born in the DC area but came to the south for college almost 40 years ago and never left!  He has been living and working in the Nashville area for the last decade as an executive leader in the design, architecture and construction industries.  Brock and his wife Jana have four girls, live in Franklin and have two Mighty Dogs Evie a Bernese Mountain Dog and Lulu a Yorkie.  Brock's Why? for Mighty Dog is to make raving fans because of the customer experience and expertise displayed by his teams.

Justin was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee and is a 7th generation Middle Tennessean. He has worked in the collision repair industry and insurance claims for the last 22 years. Justin's focus is customer experience, excellent communication and a fast, quality finished product. He is a 2003 Graduate of Austin Peay State University, an Eagle Scout and active in his church and community. Justin is married to Summer, they have three children from ages 8-12. Their Mighty Dog is Beau, an 8 generation UKC Purple Ribbon Redbone Hound.

Meet one of our local team members! Everest "Evie" is our owner's Bernese Mountain Dog. She's lovable, funny, and always has a smile on her face.  You never know, she may show up to inspect our work! Evie's big on top dog communication evidence by her desire to bark at any and all passersby.
