The price, the warranty on the shingles, the delivery/pickup of the dumpster and materials, how the work would be done, when the work would be done, and the cleanup afterwards – all completed on time and to our satisfaction. Many others wouldn't come because of the distance, do not work on row houses, no availability, or said they didn't see any issues, yet my bathroom ceiling has severe damage from leaking when it rains. I called and they were there within 5 days to see what the issue was. Chris was honest about everything including cost and what the best option was. They were going to come the following WEEK to put the new roof on but I was the delay. Once agreed and had a date, said they would be there at 7am... they were there at 645am and on the roof by 7am. Whole project was done by 2pm. Chris and Tom kept in touch the whole time and will definitely recommend this company. Couldn't be happier. Read more
