Charly has worked in the transportation industry for nearly 10 years, doing everything from booking loads for contracted truck drivers to managing supply chain needs for some of the largest companies in the world. Those experiences have given her the ability to hear what the customer’s needs are, and bring them to fruition. Charly grew up in central Kansas and has been a lifetime resident of the state she holds so dear to her heart. That experience and passion lead Charly and her husband Matt to bring Mighty Dog Roofing to the residents of Wichita and being a larger part of the community through charity and outreach programs.

Kyle has spent his career in the hospitality industry, whether it was within restaurants or casino gaming. His experience brings excellent customer service skills and understanding so that Mighty Dog Roofing of Wichita can exceed all your expectations. Wichita is home to Kyle’s wife Lindsey, and 2 years ago they moved back with the intention of starting their family here. With their 3-year-old Golden Doodle Maple, they have just welcomed a brand-new baby boy Brayden into their family in January of this year. Establishing their roots now here in Wichita as a family, they look to make an impact within the community with Mighty Dog Roofing of Wichita.

Maverick, who also goes by Mavy, has been a part of the Goodson family since 2017. Mavy lives his best life waterfowl hunting with his family on the weekends, playing with his human brother Colt, and being the best office dog to Charly. Even though his buddy Maple is Chief Treat Officer, don’t let that fool you, Maverick loves treats just as much as the next pup! 

Maple has been a part of the Allison family since August 2019. Her favorite things include kisses, playing fetch, zoomies and of course treats. The beginning of the year gave her a new love as she became a big sister to her human brother Brayden. She can be found cuddling up next to him or excessively giving him kisses. She takes her role seriously at Mighty Dog and is committed to make sure no dog goes without treats!
