Initially, I was skeptical because I feared they would use this as an opportunity to find issues with my roof and thus be in prime position for me to employ them. They performed a thorough assessment and, to my surprise, found my roof to be in great shape. Sure, there were some little things they identified that could be addressed, but they gave me peace of mind that my 15 year old roof had plenty of life left. Can I tell you that as business owners ourselves, how the professionalism exuded every step of our journey with them! I am one for open communication and Meg runs that office like I’ve never seen exhibited by any other company! I didn’t have one detail not extended to me throughout the whole process. She was amazing and it was just a smooth journey. Justin came out with his crew and didn’t just “supervise.” He jumped in and was helping; he was cleaning, making runs, coming back, and doing what he does best. Work! Justin and Meg run one of the most professional businesses we’ve ever had the joy of coming into contact. I had my roof and gutters replaced. The crew was friendly and kept me updated throughout the install. They also did a great job with the install as well as the clean up.
