They replaced the roof on my large pool shed which normally would be a relatively small job. However I have a solar pool heater on the roof which intimidated many of the companies that came to quote the job. Mighty Dog was a little apprehensive but they provided a reasonable quote which I accepted and did a great job :-) From initial quote to final installation everything went well and professionally. I think it took a little longer than they expected but the crew and Anthony (the owner who was there personally) worked through it with patience and good humor and got the job done and looking great! After interviewing several roofing cos, we chose Mighty Dog to replace our roof. One thing I Iiked right away was the Sales Manager, Brian Booker. Throughout the whole process, he stayed in touch with me and followed up whenever he said he would. We had to delay a few times due to other work we were having done and he was so accomodating. Just always pleasant and reassuring. The price was fair, and didn't change from what was quoted. Our new roof looks amazing (our neighbor who does roofs even commented), and I know that if there is a problem down the road Mighty Dog will be there. They didn't ask us for a dime until they made sure we were happy with the job. So glad we used them, and I highly recommend. Thank you again Brian, Anthony and the Mighty Dog crew! Read more

We discovered a potential leak in our new baby's nursery just underneath an old window in our house. I called and left voicemails at a bunch of places that do windows/siding/roofing whom I found on Google, and Mighty Dog were the only ones who actual... We discovered a potential leak in our new baby's nursery just underneath an old window in our house. I called and left voicemails at a bunch of places that do windows/siding/roofing whom I found on Google, and Mighty Dog were the only ones who actually answered the call, literally and figuratively! Anthony had me describe what was going on, and even offered to rearrange his schedule and come out and personally take a look at the issue the next day. When he arrived at the house, he took his time and thoroughly inspected the area. Even though this type of job didn't fit with what their company usually does, he put me in touch with a trusted handyman whom he thought would be able to help me out with the window sealing and interior wall repair. Anthony didn't just pass along the contact info, he also reached out to the handyman personally with a description of what was going on and the photos he took of the affected area. He followed up the day after that to be sure that we had connected. The personal touch and attention to detail set Mighty Dog apart from the pack! Read more

Shout out to the sales lead Brian who worked with me up until the roof installation, and the owner Anthony who stopped by during the installation to oversee the work and made himself available to any questions my wife and I had. A special shout out to the roofing team who did a perfect, timely, and CLEAN job. I was worried the team would leave the job site a mess but they did an excellent job and came back the next day to ensure that all debris was picked up around the house. I thought the pricing was fair and competitive and the communication with the team impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mighty Dog to anyone looking for roofing repair or installation. Anthony's team at Mighty Dog did an excellent job with our new roof in Jamaica Plain. The price was right and the quality of work was a 10/10. Most importantly, his team did a superb clean up job after the work was done. We will be recommending!
