He quickly noticed I had small children and brought back coloring books and pink panther stuffed toys for my kids. He also wasn’t bothered by us watching him (including the neighbor kids) performing the drone inspection in addition to his inspection on the roof. Trent was with us every step of the way, and great to work with. He knew timing was important to us because of our closing date and was able to schedule our roof replacement within a week which was faster than any other company. The installation team was on time, respectful, and were courteous with my questions and concerns. I had several exterior specialists to come out and look at them, I choose Mighty Dog due to their reputation, their price for quality shingles, plus Chad their exterior specialist. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He kept me informed when the material would be delivered, and roofers would be out. The material was delivered on Thursday and the roofers were there the next day it took a half a day to do the job.
