I contacted mighty dog late on a Sunday night when I noticed a leak coming through my chimney into my basement. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from mighty dog asking for more details and scheduling a next day appointment (even the next day had a follow up call to make sure a representative had already reached out about my inquiry). From start to finish, this experience has been exceptional. Mighty dog helped to install a new roof, window capping, facia, soffits, and even shutters on both my house and shed. Since I have zero experience or knowledge in this type of work, the mighty dog team (Bill, Christina, Walter, and many more) were always available in a seconds notice to walk me through any questions I had. During the process, we had multiple snow storms which the mighty dog team kept me updated on any potential changes. They even checked in to make sure everything was okay and always put their employees safety first. Not only did Mighty dog resolve the initial issue with my roof, but they helped to update my house to look more modern and fresh. (They really nailed my vision, pun intended).The top quality of service exceeded my expectations and I would recommend people to also use mighty dog!
