I hold dual degrees in International Economics and Management, and my career has been built at the intersection of marketing, operations, and business strategy.

As Owner & Chief Operating Officer at Mighty Dog Roofing of South Jersey, I am focused on building a company rooted in integrity, reliability, and long-term relationships. From overseeing daily operations to ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction, my goal is to create a business that homeowners can trust and a team that takes pride in every project we deliver.

I am passionate about creating structured, scalable businesses—where strong systems, clear processes, and the right people drive consistent results. Growth, to me, is not just about revenue, but about building something sustainable and meaningful.

Outside of work, I devote most of my time to my kids and cherish every moment with them. I’m also a passionate soccer and boxing fan—sports that shaped my early years and continue to remind me of the importance of discipline, resilience, and focus. As Oleksandr Usyk says, “Don’t push the horses”—a reminder that patience, preparation, and consistency win in both business and life.

I’m Jeffery, the content creator and planner for Mighty Dog Roofing. I manage everything from on-site filming and editing to shaping our video and social media presence. My focus is on telling stories — showcasing the precision, teamwork, and dedication that go into every roof we replace. I aim to create content that feels personal and authentic — not staged. From detailed before-and-afters to customer moments and team highlights, I capture the pride and craftsmanship that make Mighty Dog Roofing a trusted name for homeowners.
